Pilatte Studio Terms & Conditions 

Welcome to PILATTE ! By participating in our classes and services, you agree to the following  terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. 

1. Registration & Booking 

Class Reservations: All classes must be booked in advance through our online booking  system. We recommend reserving your spot early to ensure availability. 

Class Packages: When purchasing a class package, payment must be made in full prior  to attending any class. Packages are non-refundable. 

Waitlist: If a class is fully booked, you may join the waitlist. You will be notified if a  spot becomes available. 

2. Cancellations & No-Shows 

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours in advance to avoid  being charged for the class. Cancellations made within 2 hours will incur a $15 fee or the  class will be deducted from your package. 

No-Show Fee: Failure to show up for a scheduled class without prior cancellation will  result in a $20 fee or loss of the class credit. 

3. Late Arrivals 

• Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your class start time to ensure a smooth and  respectful start for all participants. 

• Late arrivals (more than 15 minutes) will not be permitted to join the class to ensure  safety and minimal disruption. 

4. Health & Safety 

Health Conditions: Please inform your instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or  concerns before participating in class. It is your responsibility to consult with a healthcare  professional before starting any fitness program. 

Liability Waiver: By attending classes, you acknowledge that there are inherent risks  associated with physical activity. You waive any claims against Pilatte, its staff, and  affiliates in the event of injury or accident.

5. Payment & Pricing 

Pricing: Prices for classes, packages, and memberships are subject to change. All rates  will be clearly listed on our website or studio materials. 

Memberships: Memberships may require a minimum commitment period and are  automatically renewed unless cancelled in writing with at least 30 days notice. 

6. Studio Etiquette 

Respect for Others: We aim to create a positive, respectful, and inclusive environment  for all participants. Please be considerate of your fellow clients and instructors.

Personal Belongings: Please store personal items in the designated areas. The studio is  not responsible for lost or stolen items. 

Noise & Distractions: To maintain focus during class, please silence your mobile phone  and avoid unnecessary distractions. 

7. Virtual Classes & Online Content 

• If you participate in virtual classes or access our online content, you agree to follow the  same guidelines as in-person classes, including the cancellation policy. 

• Online content is for personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed  without prior written consent from Pilatte . 

8. Privacy 

Personal Information: We respect your privacy and will never share your personal  information without your consent. Your information will only be used to communicate  studio updates, class schedules, and promotional offers. 

Photos & Videos: By attending our classes or events, you consent to the use of any  photos or videos taken during the session for promotional purposes, unless otherwise  stated. 

9. Studio Policies 

Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not  adhere to our policies or who creates a disruptive environment.

Changes to Terms: Pilatte reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.  Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or on our website.
