    Our Sculpt Class is a fusion of traditional mat pilates & strength based sculpting excersies designed to tone, strenghten and lengthen the body. A bit more intense than mat pilates.

    Our HIIT Class is a fast paced class that alternates between short bursts of intense exercise and brief periods of rest or lower-intensity movement. It's designed to burn fat, boost metabolism, and build strength and endurance in a short amount of time.

  • Reformer Pilates

    Reformer Pilates is a form of Pilates performed on a piece of equipment called the Reformer, which uses springs, pulleys, and a sliding carriage to add resistance and support. It offers a full-body workout that’s low-impact but highly effective for strength, flexibility, and alignment.
